How do I book a course?
  • Complete a Training Booking Form and email to;
  • Call us on 01902 624230 and talk to our Training Officer for further advice.
How can I find out if there is any space on my chosen date?
  • Check availability on Training Calendar
  • Call us on 01902 624230 and speak to our Training Officer who can advise on the spaces available for your chosen date;
  • Email, and we will respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by the following methods:
  • By BACS transfer to Unity Trust Bank PLC, 9 Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2HB, Sort Code: 60-83-01, Account No: 20234681;
  • Or by providing a Purchase Order Number.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not accept payment by credit/debit cards.
Once your payment is received and your booking is confirmed, a receipted invoice will be dispatched together with a ‘Welcome Pack'. This pack contains a map, directions, an outlined programme, as well as further information on your course. 
What happens if I can’t make the date?
Contact us as soon as you can and we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.  Please Note:  Cancellation of booking may not be refundable if your place cannot be filled  please see Open College Network West Midlands Training Terms and Conditions of Booking.
What time do the courses start and finish?
The start and finish times do vary slightly, which will be detailed in your ‘Welcome Pack'. These can also be found by accessing the Training Calendar.
What do the fees include?
The fees include all course materials.
How many people will be on the course with me?
To ensure the quality of our training, the maximum number of delegates is limited and will vary from course to course.
