Open College Network West Midlands Level 2 Award in Understanding and Exploring Entrepreneurship Ref. 600/8414/5
This qualification allows learners to understand and develop motivation and self-confidence, whilst exploring the qualities required to become a successful entrepreneur. The qualification develops knowledge about the characteristics needed to become a successful entrepreneur and helps learners to explore ways to develop the skills, knowledge, qualities and attitudes required to succeed in business. It also provides learners with the opportunity to explore the concept of motivation and to consider ways to develop their own confidence and self-esteem.
Learners will be able to assess their own suitability to start up and run a business enterprise.
In order to deliver this qualification, centres must meet the requirements to deliver the qualification (which can be found in the Qualification Specification) and complete the Qualification Approval Application Form (QAF).
