Organic Farming
This qualification has been developed to enable learners to study the specific methods of biodynamic agriculture, a system of sustainable animal husbandry and horticultural crop production used on many farms and small holdings.
About this subject area
Biodynamic Ecology is the forerunner of Organic farming but the method also has metaphysical and spiritual roots.
The qualification enables learners to explore the therapeutic benefits of working with the land for children and adults and to demonstrate leadership in the management of animals or horticultural crops.
