Featured Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Retrofit Advice

    This qualification has been developed to provide the underpinning theory and practical skills to allow learners to move into the role of Retrofit Advisor.

    This qualification is suitable for new entrants to the industry and those already working in roles such as Green Deal Advisor and looking to move into Retrofit.

    This qualification is also suitable for those without Retrofit experience who may wish to work in the related field of Retrofit Assessor.

  • Level 3 Award in Companion Animal Transportation

    This qualification has been developed to enable learners the opportunity to enhance their understanding relating to the safe and responsible transportation of companion animals.

    The qualification is aimed at anyone aged 16 and over who has an interest in companion animals. It is a perfect add-on for learners who are already registered onto a similar qualification alongside their current studies and could further enhance their employability in the animal care sector.

  • Level 1 Award in Customer Service

    This qualification has been developed to enable learners to prepare for employment in the hospitality or retail sector, or progress further learning in the area of customer service.

    It consists of two units covering: welcoming, receiving, and caring for visitors, communicating with customers and dealing with complaints.

  • Level 1 Award in Warehousing and Storage Principles

    This qualification has been developed to enable learners to prepare for employment in the warehousing and storage sector, or to progress to further learning in this subject area.

    It consists of five units covering: personal protective equipment, health and safety, manual handling, reporting accidents and teamwork.
