The Open College Network West Midlands qualifications in Leadership and Management have been developed to support learners working in or moving into their first supervisory, leadership or management role.

The Level 2 Award and Certificate qualifications are ideal for those working in or looking to work in first line management or team leading roles and offer learning in Leading Your Team and Planning and Monitoring Work.
 
The Level 3 Award and Certificate qualifications provide knowledge and skills for those working in or looking to move into management roles.  These qualifications offer a range of units to cover the most common functional areas of management, including Understanding Leadership and How to Run Effective Meetings.
 
Learners who achieve these qualifications may be eligible for membership of professional bodies for leaders and managers such as the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or the Institute of Administrative Managers (IAM).
