Catering Skills Suite of Qualifications

HAe you seen see our Catering Skills Suite of Qualifications.
Do your learners need to extend their vocational skills?
Do they need to know how to get the most out of their learning?
Do they wish to progress within the catering industry?
Please see the qualifications within our Catering Skills Suite. The Level 1 qualifications offer learners the opportunity to gain knowledge and practical skills to carry out basic cooking skills in the kitchen. Learners will practice safely and hygienically in a catering environment.
Learners can build on the Level 1 qualifications by progressing to the Level 2 qualifications to further develop practical kitchen and cookery skills.
In case you missed the October 2019 featured qualifications we also offfer a suite of Food Hygiene qualifications which learners can take alongside the catering skills suite.
