We would like to wish all our customers and stakeholders a very safe and Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
2021 was another challenging year and our resilience was tested further as the effects of Covid-19 continued to impact us all. The support and measures we implemented to provide exceptional customer service for our centres during 2020 were developed further and we made significant progress during one of the most challenging of academic years. We are forever grateful to our centres, partners and stakeholders for your ongoing support and commitment to deliver our exceptional qualifications to your learners again this year.
As we approach 2022 with rising infection levels and uncertainty about what comes next, one thing we can assure you of is that we are ready and fully determined to work with you and support you and your learners throughout 2022 and beyond. We will continue to play our part in supporting the national skills-led recovery through our targeted qualification offer, and we are proud to have you onboard with us during this journey.
