New website launched!

It's launch day!

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website,, aimed at providing an enhanced user experience for all our Centres.

Our new website’s contemporary and stylish design, user-friendly navigation and device responsiveness, will make it an effective customer-focused resource for all visitors to the site, and reflects our ability to adapt to business growth and a change in our Centres’ needs.

The bespoke design of our new content management system includes a new sophisticated qualification search feature and overall, the new website provides much improved functionality and flexibility in content display; making it easier for users of the site to search through our extensive catalogue of qualifications.

“We are delighted with the new website, which represents a significant improvement in how we communicate our products and services to our customers. As an organisation we are always looking to invest back into the business, and we wanted to prioritise this important project to benefit all of our stakeholders.”

Kevern Kerswell, CEO at Open College Network West Midlands

Supporting our Centres

To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, we have developed a series of resources, including some FAQs and a sitemap, to support users navigating the site; and have set up a dedicated page on the new website with an online form enabling Centres the opportunity to provide automated feedback to us if any issues arise.

Our entire staff team have had a period of familiarisation and training on the new site and will be able to support Centres as they adjust to the new look and structure.

This list of frequently asked questions by Centre colleagues is intended to help users find information on our website.
