We are pleased to announce that the above qualification is now available for registrations.
This qualification has been developed to enable learners to prepare for employment in the hospitality or retail sector, or progress further learning in the area of customer service.
It consists of two units covering: welcoming, receiving, and caring for visitors, communicating with customers and dealing with complaints.
