Centre News - Making Conflict Work

Join Mediation and Community Support for a taster session of a selection of courses and experience their Open College Network Quality endorsed training for yourself. 

Focussed on resolving and/or preventing negative conflict, their courses provide frameworks that enable you to develop and broaden your personal and professional skills.
The courses that we will be showcasing during the session will be:
  • Unconscious Bias 
  • Understanding Conflict 
  • Cultural Differences in Conflict 
  • Speaking the Unspoken Conversation with Ourselves and Others
  • Transformative Mediation Skills
Each ‘taster’ will include a Q&A session.
There is no need to book on to the taster sessions, simply join Mediation and Community Support on Zoom on 24th February 2021 between 1.30pm and 4.30pm OR  on 1st March 2021 between 9.30am and 12.30pm for a free session to experience the training, understand the aims and contents of each courses, their length and cost. 
Whether you are an individual experiencing personal conflict, dealing with complaints or conflicts in your workplace, or are an organisation who are striving to improve outcomes for all, there is a course for you. 
The trainers for this session are Judith Halliday and Clive Fowle, both practising mediators, facilitators and trainers, with experience in working with groups and organisation facing the negative effects of unresolved conflict, both in the UK and abroad.
