As an approved Centre with Open College Network West Midlands you need to ensure your Course has been set up.
For further information on setting up a new course or to amend an existing course please refer to our Creating New Courses page and contact your Business Development Manager for any help and advice.
- If you are an approved Centre with Open College Network West Midlands you can register and award your learners via our online system; please click on the Quartzweb icon on left.
- To obtain a user name and password for our online system Quartzweb please download the 'Quartzweb Access Request Form'.

- Information about how to use all areas of our online system can be found in our 'Quartzweb User Guidance'.
To award a learner any exemptions or equivalencies for prior learning please contact Open College Network West Midlands for the relevant forms and guidance – 01902 624230.
