Merger progress and priorities

Following the announcement in January of the merger between Open College Network West Midlands and AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group from 1 September 2022, we are aware colleagues in recognised centres will have questions about how the merger will impact your centre with the day-to-day logistics of delivering our qualifications to your learners.

This dedicated web page aims to answer any potential questions that you might have and hopefully provide some reassure that the changes on the horizon are nothing at all to worry about and our team is fully committed, as ever, in providing support to our centres.

Regular updates will be issued via e-mail, communicating any changes that will affect centres and will be available centrally on this page too. Please ensure your centre’s contact details are up to date so that all future updates reach the right people via e-mail.

Please see below the current update on Online Resources for the new merged organisation.

Future updates will include the following:

  • Learner registration and certification.
  • How to apply to deliver a qualification.
  • New products - EPA / IF.
  • Our board members.
  • Reminders for centres before we go live!

If you have any questions your Business Development Manager will be able to answer these for you.
