Registration and Certification Administration
Guidance for Registration and Certification is issued annually to our approved Centres with details also provided on your online account.   However, should you need any help with registrations please contact the Business Support team on 01902 624230 or e-mail
Registrations Deadlines
The deadline to submit student registrations is 6 weeks from the start date of the course. 
Unit selections should be made within 8 weeks of the start date of the course. These are new QAA guidelines that came into place on 1 August 2018, and registrations can only be accepted after these deadline dates for exceptional circumstances.
Credit exemption, whether resulting from recognition of previously achieved qualifications or credit transfer, must be notified to Open College Network West Midlands through completion and return of ‘Credit Exemption Claim Form (CEC1)’ to prior to learners being registered.
